Final Group Exam

Your group will be asked to answer questions in current events in many areas and general civic information associated with the news (categories below).

This task is too big for any single person to do, so decisions need to be made about who is best suited to cover what area of information.  The group should divide up the categories in any way you see fit, and may use any system to do it.

Part 1:  Each group must take minutes of the meeting(s) and submit them before the exam. Meeting minutes should conform to the usual conventions of committee meetings (time, place, attendance, what was discussed).  Grading: how well did the group apply the principles from the course to this project?

Part 2: The Exam.  On the day scheduled, each group must take the exam together. No resources are allowed besides what the members remember (no computers, no phones out, no notes).

Grading: no group has ever been able to answer all the questions. The group that answers the most questions correctly is considered 100. The other groups lose points per additional questions missed.
