Timing is everything! Practice for time.

Informative Speech.

Prepare a six minute informative speech on how to do something. It may include a demonstration or not.

Criteria:

1.  The outline fits on one page.

2.  Topic is interesting to a general audience.

3.  Time is within 15 seconds of six minutes.

4.  Be prepared to answer questions about the talk.

5.  There is a minimum of verbal clutter ("um," "ah," "like," "you know," etc.)
