Top Three finish 4-5-7

         Reliable Lou Denaro extended his lead by just one point in the Prestigious Roxbury Points Race, finishing 4th, one place ahead of the Fossil, his nearest rival in the Race.  Third place Dan Lynch was just two places behind that, so the top three places remained the same.  Almost everyone else in the Top Ten moved up or down a bit, through an exciting combination of good races and missed ones.  Last year's Chris Deming is poised to move slowly up the ranks, if he keeps his attendance up.  

    Among the women, Mary Shafer holds a seventy point lead on Nora Hulton, who looks better every week as she makes the long comeback from last year's broken bones.

    In the table below, runners who have not missed a race yet this year is marked with a *.  Rookies, those running their first Roxbury race of the season, are marked with an "R", and people reaching 100-point milestones are marked with a C.  Other symbols and doodads may be added later in the season.
